Customer zero 2 Nov · Opens 24 Nov

Leads with receipts.

Wideline OS watches regulator registers, company filings, job boards and tenders for the companies that need what you sell, at the moment they need it. Every lead comes with its source and the reason it scored. It drafts the first message. You approve every word.

A simulation with invented companies. Watch what a morning looks like.

Companies, people and signals here are invented. Wideline OS never sends anything on its own.

  • Daily

budget per company. New work stops when it is reached

Tuesday, 23:40

You are scrolling a list you bought last quarter, guessing which of these companies might need you. Half of them have moved on. The one that just got its licence is not on it.

Wideline OS starts from the other end: the moment a company starts to need you, on the public record.

Most of it is noise. It says why.

Twelve invented public signals, scored against one profile. Four are worth your time. The rest are skipped, each with its reason.

Invented signals and companies.

Same companies. Different you.

Every score is measured against your profile. Change what you sell and where, and the order changes, with the reason beside each one.

Every lead comes with its receipt.

DRAFT · NOT SENT

Congratulations on the licence. Teams that have just been licensed usually have six to nine months to ship a compliant app. Would a 20-minute call next week be useful?

SENT BY: YOU, WHEN YOU CHOOSE

Where it came from, why it scored, what the research read and what it drafted.

Tap a reason to see its source.

An invented lead, laid out the way Wideline OS keeps one.

By six, three drafts are waiting.

What happens between midnight and the morning page. Drag through the night.

Built to be checked.

  • Evidence on every claim.

    Built

Every lead links to where it came from and why it scored. Research keeps only the sources the agent actually read.

  • Nothing leaves without you.

    Built

Agents draft. You approve, edit or reject, then send it yourself. Sending from your own mailbox, with contact rules checked first, is coming.

  • Checked before you see it.

    Built

Every result must have the expected shape, and a score change must come with a reason. Failures are retried. Checks against your own house rules are coming.

  • Cost you can see.

    Built

A daily budget per company that stops new work when it is reached, with spend shown per day and per model.

  • Personal data stays careful.

    Built

Bulk public research runs on low-cost models. Anything that may involve a named person goes only to a model approved for personal data.

  • Not fooled by web pages.

    Built

Pages the agents read are treated as data. Instructions hidden in them are never followed.

Customer zero is us.

From 2 November, Wideline’s own sales run on Wideline OS, and every feature runs on us for at least seven days before a customer gets it. We publish what happens.
  • Every Friday

The ship log: what shipped, our numbers for the week, what broke and how we fixed it.

  • First working day of each month

The open report: the AI bill, cost per task, approval rates, pipeline from work the OS found, and every incident.

  • Every quarter

Would we still pay for it? An honest review.

Sales first. The rest of the company next.

Built today

  • Sales

Finds companies at the moment they need you, scores each one against your profile with the reasons, researches the best ones and drafts the first message.

  • Marketing

Suggests post ideas from your wins and your market, each with an angle and an outline.

Coming

  • Ops

Inbox triage, follow ups and reminders, so nothing waits on you without you knowing.

  • Finance

Invoices due, cash in and spend against budget, read only.

  • Build

Turns approved ideas and feedback into tickets and pull requests for your team to review.

Who it is for.

Founders and small teams who sell their own work: studios, agencies, consultancies, and B2B companies with up to ten people. If you are doing the selling yourself, it is for you.

Priced for your company.

Wideline OS is quoted per company, from your team and the work you want it to do. Tell us about yours and a founder sends you a quote.

Before you ask for a quote.

Does it send emails on its own?

No. Agents write drafts; you approve, edit or reject them and send them yourself. Sending from your own mailbox, with contact rules checked first, is coming.

Which AI models does it use?

Low-cost models do the bulk public research, with a fallback for each. Anything that may involve a named person goes only to a model approved for personal data. You never pay per model.

What happens when a task fails?

It is retried, and if it still fails you see it with the reason. Nothing that failed its checks is presented as done.

Where is my data?

In our hosted database. Each record belongs to one company, and the database refuses all public access. Accounts are invite-only. See Security for who processes what.

Do you learn from my company to help other customers?

No. Each company's memory is its own.

Do I own what it makes?

Yes. Drafts, research and your company profile are yours. A one-click export is coming.
