Customer zero

Customer zero is us.

Before we sell Wideline OS to anyone, it runs Wideline. Here is everything, as it happens.

Starts 2 November 2026

The rules we hold ourselves to.

  • Our business runs through it.

Our pipeline, outreach drafts and content live in the OS, not in side spreadsheets. When we have to work around it, we log it as a gap.
  • We get every feature first.

Each feature runs on Wideline for at least seven days before any customer gets it.
  • The brief is our bug tracker.

Any working day we do not read and act on the morning brief, we ask why: was it late, wrong or useless?
  • We pay for it.

Wideline is billed like any customer, so the costs we publish are real.
  • We publish the numbers.

Good and bad, including zeros and incidents.

What we publish, and when.

  • Every Friday

The ship log: what shipped, our numbers for the week, what broke and how we fixed it.
  • First working day of each month

The open report: the full AI bill, cost per checked task, approval rates, pipeline and revenue from work the OS found, and every incident.
  • Every quarter

Would we still pay for it? An honest review.
