Engagements and pricing
Small first steps.
Every engagement starts with something small, fixed and useful on its own. You see how we think and work before you commit to a build, and you keep everything we produce.
The ladder
Each step is priced up front. Where a step leads to the next, its fee is credited.
Second opinion
5 days · from USD 1,500A senior review of an existing product, codebase or plan: architecture, security, delivery risk and cost to finish. You get a written report and a call to walk through it.
For teams with something half built, a vendor they no longer trust, or a quote they want checked.
Discovery sprint
2 weeks · USD 6,500, or 9,500 for AI and regulated workWorkshops with your team, then a written scope, the architecture, a clickable prototype of the key flows and a fixed price and plan for the build.
The sprint fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 90 days.
Build
Fixed price, set in the sprintFixed price, delivered in milestones, with a working release you can try every week. The people who scoped it build it. Larger platforms are priced in phases, so you never sign up for more than the next one.
Typical ranges: automation from USD 5,000, dashboards from USD 12,000, a first product release from USD 30,000, platforms from USD 75,000. Payment: 30% to start, the rest on milestones.
AI agent pilot
3 to 6 weeks · from USD 12,000One agent on one real workflow, with human approval steps, an audit trail and an evaluation suite that measures it before it touches production. If it does not beat the agreed baseline, it does not go live. Model usage is billed at cost.
Care
Monthly, from USD 1,500After launch: monitoring, security updates, fixes and a set number of improvement hours each month, with response times that come with service credits if we miss them.

Questions
- Why start with a paid sprint instead of a free quote?
- A free quote is a guess. A sprint gives you a written scope, an architecture, a clickable prototype and a fixed price for the build, produced by the people who would build it. You own all of it, whether or not you continue with us.
- Do you work on time and materials?
- For work that cannot be scoped up front, such as ongoing product development or research spikes, yes, in fixed weekly or monthly blocks with a cap you set. Most first engagements are fixed price.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Code, designs and documentation transfer to you as each milestone is paid. We keep only our own reusable tooling, which you get a licence to use.
- Can you take over a project another team started?
- Yes. Start with a second opinion: we review the code, infrastructure and delivery, and tell you plainly what is worth keeping.
- Do you take equity or revenue share?
- Occasionally, for a small number of founders, as part of the fee rather than all of it. We look for a clear route to revenue, a founder who owns distribution, and a product we would be proud to run.
