Dashboards for any industry

Three consoles, one design system: a legal and compliance console, a workforce analytics board and an e-commerce conversion funnel. A study in making dense operational data feel calm.

Thechallenge

Most dashboards are chart dumps: every metric the database can produce, at equal volume. We wanted to show the opposite: a handful of numbers that matter, the story behind them one click away, and a system that adapts to completely different industries without a redesign.

What webuilt

A pipeline you can feel

Matter intake to resolution as a funnel, with live SLA status. The drop-off between stages is the first thing you see.

Mix, not just totals

Practice-area mix as a donut that redraws when you filter, so the shape of the work is obvious.

Trend against target

Resolution time against an internal target, with the gap called out instead of left for you to find.

The same system, a different business

Workforce analytics by department, built from the same components and tokens as the legal console.
