An institutional trading cockpit

A single cockpit for South African equities, the rand and rates: live market state, a sovereign yield curve, a bond screen and company analysis, replacing a wall of terminals and spreadsheets.

Thechallenge

The desk worked across broker terminals, CRMs and spreadsheets that never agreed with each other. Every morning started with reconciling, not deciding.

They needed one live source of truth from feed to desk to client valuation, fast enough for a trading floor and clear enough to read in a glance.

What webuilt

The curve, live

The sovereign yield curve redraws as quotes arrive, with the day’s move shaded so shifts in the curve are obvious.
